Products Condition

All items are used unless stated otherwise. We photograph each item individually. Photos are for the same item you will receive and are considered part of the description. Cosmetic condition is subjective and described to the best of our ability. 

Pricing & Payments

Prices may change without notice. Orders are processed only after payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel transactions due to errors or suspected fraud. 

Payment information is processed securely by Squarespace Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other integrated providers. Okazzion does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days with tracking. Carrier delays are not our responsibility.

Signature Requirement

A signature may be required upon delivery for orders exceeding $500, or orders being shipped to an apartment, suite, or business. If you are unable to be present for delivery, you may be able to arrange to re-direct your order to a carrier hold location for pick-up.

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Okazzion.com, which is hosted on the Squarespace platform.

At Okazzion, we stand behind the gear we sell. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Eligible Returns

    • Item not as described

    • Functional issues not disclosed in the listing

Non-Eligible Returns

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Items altered, repaired or disassembled by the buyer

Condition Requirements

    • All serial numbers must match

    • All included accessories must be returned

    • No additional wear or damage

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after inspection and processed through the original payment method via Squarespace Payments or the third-party processor used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid label if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. To initiate a return, contact us at shop@okazzion.com within 30 days of delivery.

Okazzion.com is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

Information We Collect: 

Personal information submitted through forms, checkout, or inquiries (name, email, address, payment details) is securely stored through Squarespace systems and associated third-party service providers.

What We Don’t Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information and do not store full payment details.

Selling your gear to Okazzion

We provide prepaid, insured labels to securely ship your gear to us. Seller confirms lawful ownership of any item they send to us. Quotes are based on the condition described by the seller. If actual condition differs, we may revise the offer or return the item. Payment is issued after inspection and acceptance of the offer. 

Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for loss of images, data, or settings on digital devices. When applicable, sellers should back up and reset devices before shipping them to us. 

Limitation of Liability

Okazzion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All site content and images belong to Okazzion and may not be used without permission. 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by U.S. and applicable state laws.
